Product Transaction Rules

Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Kilnoz reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout.

Order Confirmation

An order is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Kilnoz via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before order processing unless a separate wholesale agreement has been established. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payment methods. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by destination and product availability. As handcrafted ceramics require careful packaging, please allow additional processing time. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our ceramics, minor natural variations in glaze patterns are not considered defects and are not grounds for return. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged Goods

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Item

Custom Orders

Bespoke and personalized pieces are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Ensure compliance with the import regulations and customs requirements of your country.
Refrain from reverse-engineering, copying, or commercially exploiting any product designs or website content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kilnoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fujian Province, China, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
