From a young age, I have been immersed in the thousand-year kiln fire of Jian Kiln, deeply influenced by the ancient techniques of traditional teacup making. Growing up, I was constantly surrounded by clay, glazes, and the dragon kiln.
Later, I devoted myself to the comprehensive study of the entire Jian Kiln teacup firing process, focusing intensely on clay preparation, natural ore glaze formulation, and kiln firing. I have mastered traditional crafts such as throwing, trimming, glazing, and firing.
Grounded in the local ore resources of Houjing Village, I specialize in the development of hare's fur and oil spot glazes. Building on the classic Song Dynasty vessel shapes, I have made significant innovations and optimizations in form, leading the new wave of Jian Kiln teacups into a modern era.
